A small number of users may be experiencing an issue in Cut Notes where the UI is slow or sluggish and takes a while to respond to your button presses. If you experience the issue, first go to the Updates tab of the App Store and check you have the latest version of Cut Notes.
If that doesn't solve the issue, perform the following steps:
1. Plug the iPad into iTunes on your Mac or PC.
2. Select the name of the iPad in the left-hand pane.
3. Select Apps in the main pane.
4. Under File Sharing at the bottom, select Cut Notes.
5. Select the Projects folder, click Save To and choose a location.
6. Compress the folder into a ZIP file, upload it to a site such as Dropbox, YouSendIt or WeTransfer, then contact us with a link and as many details as possible about when the problem occurs.
