Render Watcher may not display a Premiere Pro notification until playback stops

Issue: If you have "Play work area after rendering previews" switched on in the General tab of Premiere Pro preferences, Render Watcher may not show a notification until after playback has stopped.

Workaround: Switch off "Play work area after rendering previews".
