Cut Notes and Kollaborate discounts for SpottingSession customers

It's come to our attention that the iOS note-taking app SpottingSession and video upload service ProSpotting will be shutting down on January 31st, rendering both products unusable after this date.

We're therefore offering a sale on our competing iOS note-taking app, Cut Notes, to help users make the switch. Cut Notes syncs timecode with Avid Media Composer for Mac (via a free plugin), Pro Tools and various other apps including Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro X.

Cut Notes will be $8.99 through February 7th (reduced from $12.99). This lower price is available to all customers. Unlike SpottingSession, Cut Notes is a standalone app that will continue to function even if we choose to discontinue it in future.

Cut Notes is integrated with our cloud workflow platform, Kollaborate, offering live commenting on cloud videos, group note-taking sessions and many other features. We're offering a 15% refund to new subscribers who purchase a 1 year subscription and can provide proof of a pre-existing ProSpotting subscription. The ProSpotting subscription should have been purchased before January 27th 2014. This promotion runs through February 7th too.
